There’s nothing you need to do to prepare for your first appointment. We will guide you through every step of the way. If you have any questions feel free to write them down and bring them with you, but don’t worry, we will ask the questions we need answered.
It’s best to wear loose comfortable clothing. No jeans or sweatpants.

We understand that you are not an expert in relieving your head, neck, or shoulder pain, so it makes sense that you may not know what you need. Our consultation and evaluation processes are set up so that we gather the information we need to use our expertise to know what you need and can make an informed decision about how long it will take for your pain to dissipate.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged $100 for cancellations within the 24-hour window and 100% of the appointment fee for same day cancellations and no show appointments.

We do not bill directly for insurance, however, when requested we are able to give you a detailed superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

We can help with almost any injury, however, success rates may depend on the phase of the injury, your body, your participation (through rest, stretching, strengthening) and work with other health professionals. Massage therapists do not diagnose injuries, yet we can work off of a medical diagnosis or make hypotheses of our own based on our extensive experience.
